Stage three of the Tour de France 2026 will proceed without fans due to an ongoing wildfire threat. The 195.5km stage from Granollers to Les Angles presents significant climbing challenges.

The stage features a category-one climb, the Col de Toses, and concludes with the Col du Calvaire and a final 1.5km climb at seven percent gradient. According to technical director Thierry Gouvenou, this stage offers a perfect opportunity for attackers to seek a stage win and potentially claim the yellow jersey.
